HOW IT WORKS
Tapping is a blend of modern psychology, Chinese medicine, and neuroplasticity. In 2016 scientists were able to prove that the Chinese meridian lines do in fact exist. From a Chinese medicine point of view, these meridian lines bring prana, Qi or life-force energy into the body. This energy flow helps to regulate a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance and well-being. Tapping on certain points on these lines stimulates the nerve endings in nerve clusters which reassures your nervous system that you are safe. Voicing a script to access limiting thought patterns, beliefs and programming that keeps us stuck helps to clear trauma from the energetic body as well as clear stored trauma in the nervous system. This is where neuroplasticity comes in. The brain is now rewiring, choosing new beliefs and having a new way of seeing reality and creating new habits.
