EFT, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques or Tapping, is an evidence based method which uses a combination of tapping on energy meridian points and voicing a script. This clears the emotional block from your bioenergy system thus restoring the mind and body's balance which is essential for optimal health
and the healing of physical disease.
We all, at some point in life, experience difficult emotions such as fear, anxiousness and frustration, especially around big change. Along with these feelings can come grief, shame, guilt, embarrassment, anger, sadness... to name a few. These challenging emotions often become the stumbling blocks that prevent many from making any meaningful change towards resolving relationship issues, transitioning careers, handling debt, confronting health issues, or any number of areas that people stay stuck in. EFT is a tool that has been known to sometimes very quickly and efficiently undo the limiting patterns and beliefs that keep us from fully thriving in life.
