Service Description

Session includes a brief consultation. Best practice in bowen is to have your first 3 sessions over 4 weeks, spaced approx 7-10 days apart. It’s preferable to set up treatments in this way but if it’s not possible then best to start treatment sooner rather than later to get the healing process going. Each session builds from session before and by the third session your body has had a significant boost and reset. Most issues take 3-5 sessions but every body is different. Below are a few issues that Bowen can treat.
